Hey Robert! The Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 391TES317 can be used to tow a trailer. However, you will need the version with the tow package, which is the # 391TES317T.
This includes the ball mount and trailer wiring so you can power your trailer's signal lights. The hitch is rated to tow up to 3,500 lbs with the towing kit, you will be limited by the towing capacity of your vehicle.
What trailer you are towing?

I tow trailers all the time with mine on my 2023 LR AWD. it tows better than our 2019 minivan did but you definitely need the one with the ball hitch. honestly the wiring is a joke, I wouldnt splice into my harness but if an option comes with a T-Connector setup go for it. I ended up just running a 4 wire blade style trailer light connector to a custom spliced cigarette lighter with a flasher jumpered in.
