could you give me the grade of bolt it takes, the length the size , the washer and conical locking nut I need the specs for if I’m replacing a knuckle. I’d like to replace the bolt that holds the knuckle to the bar.

Below are the specs for the bolt, washer and nut that attaches the trunnion knuckle # FA92-02-0844 to the hitch head on the Fastway e2 system.
Bolt: item 13 (part number 92-04-9615) 10mm hex bolt
Washer: item 16 (part number 92-04-9620) 10mm lock washer
Nut: item 17 (part number 92-04-9216) 10mm nylock nut
