Hello, Can you tell me if the trailer hitch is the same for the 2013 and 2014 Lexus IS 250? The 2014 was remodeled but I am pretty sure they have the same dimensions and rear suspension set up. 2013: C11372 2014: C11389

The trailer hitches are not the same between a 2013 and 2014 Lexus IS 250. As you have indicated the 2013 IS 250 sedan uses hitch # C11372. The 2014 uses hitch # C11389. The side brackets are slightly different on the C11389. There is a little cutout on the backs of them so that they can fit on the 2014 IS 250. So in other words the hitches are not interchangeable.
But the wiring harness # C56142 will fit both 2013 and 2014 models. The recommended ball mount for each is # C45521 and you can use ball # 19256 or # 19258.
