The difference comes down to suspension height between the 2 kits. The mounting brackets are different to match the truck’s factory ride height and suspension setup. Airlift Load Lifter 5000 # AL57288 is for standard ride-height trucks like your RST, while Airlift Load Lifter 5000 # AL57388 is designed for factory-lifted models like Trail Boss or AT4.
Since your truck is an RST, the # AL57288 is the correct fit.
