Below is the complete kit to get you all setup, the Caprock is going to be a nice addition. As far as height, this setup is relatively low-profile. You can expect it to add about 4–6 inches to the top of your vehicle.

Thule Evo Flush Rail feet # TH7106014 let you mount Thule Caprock Platform rack to your vehicle.
Thule Caprock Platform Roof Tray # TH48YE will mount to your Thule Evo foot packs and fit kit.
