Will Curt Hitch Fit 2018 Ford EcoSport With Muffler Parallel To Bumper

Question:
my 2018 ford ecosports muffler runs parallel to the bumper. the install video shows the muffler running perpendicular to the bumper. if I buy the hitch how does it work for the install on my situation? or will it not work because my muffler is running the opposite direction? I want to buy this but only if it works. Please advise

Hey Roland! The Curt Trailer Hitch # C12188 will still fit your 2018 Ford EcoSport with the different muffler orientation. That will not interfere with the installation of the hitch. This isn't uncommon and is typically seen on different trim packages. If it was an issue there would be an exclusion, but this hitch fits all models.
