Correct Replacement for Lippert Electric Steps 5041647 on your Tiffin Motorhome

Question:

2018 Tiffin Allegro Red 33AA. Electric steps wont retract or extend. Motor runs so Im taking I need the gear box. The steps are double and the sticker underneath describes them as Step Dble 29.00 STL STR 7.81 9.25 ELEC BLK Actuant It has a number on it #5041647

I reached out to Lippert about the Lippert Electric Steps 5041647 on your Tiffin Motorhome and was able to confirm that the correct replacement gear for this is the Replacement Winnebago 5:1 Gearbox With High Torque Motor for RV Steps part # LC22UD which comes with the motor as well so both the gear and motor will need to be replaced.
