This kit packages the major materials needed for a complete roof replacement, including a 23' long x 9-1/2' wide folded TPO membrane, acrylic water-based adhesive, butyl tape, and sealants. Instead of sourcing installation materials one piece at a time, the major components for the roof replacement arrive together in one package.

solvent-based adhesive!! Do yourself a favor and order a gallon or two of a water-based glue. The stuff that comes in the kit, in the 10 minutes it took me to roll out 7'x 9.5' of decking, the glue went off and was not even tacky anymore. I'm assuming that is why they added a gallon cause to get it thick enough, you would need to use the entire gallon in 70 square feet. Maybe it was too hot when I tried to do it, but the glue went off and dried so fast I would have had to do 2-foot sections. had to order a gallon of Alpha System TPO glue on top of this kit. (1 star)

Glad you mostly like it, Danny. Other than the glue drying too fast. Heat will definitely accelerate the drying process, so that could very well be the reason you ran into that. What were you working on?
