Hey Daniel, thanks for reaching out, and thanks for sending in those pictures - super helpful. The PullRite SuperGlide Quick Connect Capture Plate # PUL26RR doesn't bolt on like other capture plates. Instead, it slides over the skid plate and is held on with set screws.

Slide the capture plate up over the king pin so it sits flush against the bottom of the pin box skid plate, making sure it’s oriented correctly for your SuperGlide hitch. Once it’s fully seated, snug down the set screws evenly just enough to hold the plate in place, they’re only there to keep it from falling off when uncoupled, not to permanently clamp it. After that, hitch up as normal and the SuperGlide head will capture and hold the plate securely during towing, so just double-check alignment and that nothing shifts before you roll.
