Question:
I want to hook up blue tooth speakers to my rv. Will this stereo allow this. I don’t have external speakers on this rv. I don’t want to connect through my phone. Just pair speaker to stereo.

Hi Mike,
The Jensen Mechless RV Stereo part # JWM20 is designed to work with speakers that are hardwired into the RV. The bluetooth feature works with bluetooth signals from a cell phone and won't pair with a wireless bluetooth speaker. However, if your stereo has a 'zone B' or external speaker outputs you can run an auxiliary wire from the stereo's output to a speaker.
If you did want to add external speakers to your RV, I would recommend the Jensen Marine Speaker w/Recessed Mount part # JEN68VR. The speaker itself is 5 1/4" in diameter and the cutout required for it is 4 1/2" x 1/2" deep. It has a waterproof plastic dome tweeter to increase high frequency sound distribution and a polypropylene woofer cone to reproduce the bass sounds. Of course to get these wired in, you would need to run speaker wire from the stereo, through the wall/cabinet, to the speaker.
How many speakers do you want for outside your RV?
