Would the Uni-Lite LED Mini Utility Light # UCL11CKB Work to Illuminate Running Boards

Question:
Im looking at buying these lights to use on my running boards on my truck. Will they be bright enough to make the steps visible? Im planning on putting 1 at each step.

The Uni-Lite LED Mini Utility Light # UCL11CKB is pretty bright. We had a customer leave a review telling us how surprised he was on how bright they are for only having two diodes. I think they would work well for illuminating running boards on a truck. I do think that maybe two per board would work better than one. But that depends on the length of the board.
