You won’t have any issues using the DeeZee Hardware Series Gull-Wing Crossover Style # DZ8370SB toolbox in your truck while also towing a gooseneck trailer.
The DeeZee toolbox is 20" wide, so you will still have plenty of space between the box and where your gooseneck ball would be mounted in your truck bed, even if you’re towing with a short bed.
