Hello Joshua, thanks for reaching out. Yes, it will. The Replacement Mounting Bracket for Yakima SkyRise Rooftop Tent # 8880735 will indeed clamp onto the HD crossbars on the Yakima Overhaul HD ladder rack.
The Overhaul crossbars are 3" wide and 1-1/2" thick and this within the acceptable size range for the SkyRise clamps so it'll be a clean and secure fit.
What do you mount most on those HD bars? Just the tent or do you ever do stuff like awnings or kayaks?
