Hey Robert. The Wall Mount Adapter for Thule HideAway Awning item # TH307999 is going to be the best option for your Fiberine high top. It's designed for similar plywood backed setups on Transit vans. However, those are not wrapped in fiberglass. I strongly recommend verifying with Fiberine that attaching an awning doesn't void any warranties and the plywood behind it is strong enough to support an awning.

The Thule item # TH307999 is designed specifically for the Hideway Awnings item # TH490018 and item # TH490011. So it is compatible with your 4900 awning.

The Thule HideAway Awning is the Omnistor when it's sold in Europe. HideAway is the American name for the same awnings.

Hello, it’s a 94 e150. Can I attach pictures here of measurements for the awning and you can 2x check the bracket size?

@Robert No, there's no way to attach pictures to this format. The Thule item # TH307999 is compatible with the Thule 4900 awnings. The overall length of the adapter is 15-3/4" with a height of 4-11/16". The entire bracket is 7/8" thick. The mounting holes are spaced vertically 3-1/8" and are 4-1/4" to 4-1/2" on center measured horizontally.
