Hello- This part says it is for passenger vehicles only: Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar Part Number: RM52GR Is there a suitable option for a cargo van? 2025 Promaster 1500 Thank you

Hello Tom and welcome back! I just spoke to Roadmaster and their Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # RM52GR is going to work with the cargo van model of the 2025 Promaster 1500. He said suspension wise there's not going to be a difference between the cargo and passenger van models.

I was told to give you a heads up that the spacing is pretty tight around the right rear brake caliper.

What are you typically transporting in your van that has you looking at adding a sway bar?

@TomS Right on! The Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # RM52GR is definitely going to tighten up your suspension and help with any top heavy feeling you're experiencing. Doesn't sound like your hauling much weight. If you're dealing with any sagging in the rear end you should look at the SumoSprings Solo item # SSR-313-40.

@JerredH one parting question. I see no drilling required. On a scale of 1 (easy) to 5 (complex), how do you rate DIY installation?

@ThomasS Mid, I'd say 3. It'll take you at least an hour or two if you have all the tools and everything ready to go. It'll be an easier install if you have some help that knows what they're doing and doesn't get in the way.
