Will MORryde RV Generator Slide Out Tray Rattle While Driving

Question:

Does the tray wiggle / rattle while driving? I’m thinking of using it in a van conversion and don’t want to add noise from a rattling tray.

Hey Wade! The MORryde RV Generator Slide Out Tray # MR49RR is well designed with minimal play to it. As long as it is properly secure, and you have the latch in place, there really won't be any noise from rattling. This is especially true once you get some weight on there once you load up the tray. You're more likely to notice noise from whatever is sitting on it than from the tray itself.

What this be for a generator, batteries, or something else?

It’s a Comvolt 6000 aio battery system. Weighs 113 pounds.

@WadeS awesome, as long as you keep that power station secure you won't have noise issues with the # MR49RR.

@WadeS I installed mine for a 300Ah lithium battery to keep it from getting stolen from the tongue. It is tighter than a crab's hiney and works awesome. The switch to lithium went great, too.
