Good morning Kyle, for a stationary tank near standard household power, I’d recommend the Fill-Rite 115V AC Pump Kit # FR75XQ.
It runs on 115V AC, delivers 15 gallons per minute, and includes a 12' long 3/4" diameter hose with static ground wire and a cast aluminum manual nozzle with a red cover for auto unleaded identification.
It mounts to a standard 2" bung and includes a telescoping suction pipe 20"–34-1/2" for various drum or tank sizes.
Is your tank dedicated strictly to unleaded fuel? This pump and nozzle are designed for unleaded, diesel, kerosene, ethanol etc., but the nozzle is color coated red for unleaded. If you wanted to use for diesel you can, you just may want to swap out the nozzle so everyone knows what the contents are. Another option is the heavier duty # FR43XQ which has a green nozzle for diesel.
