Hello Karim, thanks for reaching out. We do have a set of driver and passenger side heated mirrors for the 2019 Chevy Express 2500. Take a look at the following:
- K-Source Replacement Side Mirror - Electric/Heat w Signal, Spotter Mirror - Black - Driver # KS62168G
- K-Source Replacement Side Mirror - Electric/Heat w Signal, Spotter Mirror - Black - Passenger # KS62167G
These are designed as direct replacements for the factory mirrors and will heat the main mirror and blind spot mirror when connected to your existing wiring. As long as your van is already equipped with heated mirror wiring from the factory, these will plug in and operate just like OEM.
