Question:

I want to use it in my boat as a large live well. I need to now if it will hold water and not leak. I want the one that is 60” long.

Hey Weldon. The 60" Standard Chest Toolbox item # UWS01031 will indeed hold water. It's made of welded diamond plated aluminum with the intention of keeping moisture out so it's pretty water proof.

It's obviously not designed for that purpose so I can't say how much water it'll be able to hold. We used to use truck boxes as coolers when I was a kid and never had any issues until we went to drain them.

The item # UWS01031 measures 60" long x 24" wide x 20" deep. If you're going to be cutting holes in it for a drain and a pump, I recommend running the same sealant you use around the welds.
