Will this work with my setup? 26 gmc sierra 1500 elevation short bed with the realtruck advantage tonneau trifold cover.

Hey Eric, I wish I could say yes but this tool box has only been confirmed to fit with the following tonneaus:
TruXedo (Pro X15, Lo Pro, TruXport, Sentry, Deuce), Extang, Gator, and Retrax tonneau covers
I don't believe there's a way to install it with your tonneau but maybe a shorter height chest tool box like the DeeZee # DZ8537 which would attach to the floor of your truck bed would work better. This is shorter in height too so you tonneau would not interfere either.

Thank you Jameson for the response!! I reached out to Truxedo and they confirmed that the Tonneaumate will not fit with the Realtruck Bakflip mx4 rail system. Wish it did fit, because I really like the design.
