Location to Install Kat's Heater in 2022 Toyota Corolla 1.8 Liter

Question:
Cannot find the hole to install KH11813 on a 2022 corolla 1.8 liter. All the you tube video’s I have seen are for older 2.0 engine Toyota’s. I have the battery and airbox off and still cannot see the port to install the block heater,,, Help please.

Hey Cathy, I checked with Kat's and the cartridge location for the Kat's heater part # KH11813 for your 2022 Toyota Corolla 1.8 liter is just behind the driver side of the block. The location is listed as RL in the attached diagram.

Hey Cathy, did you end up finding the cartridge port behind the driver side of the block for your Corolla’s heater? Knowing how that location worked out could really help others trying to fit the same part.
