Hey Gary, Welcome back! Since you have the OEM puck system in your 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500 the correct B and W Slider Companion Fifth Wheel Hitch would be the part # BWRVK3775. The hitch you referenced would not fit as it was designed to fit the B and W brand gooseneck hitches which have a square shank and not the round one your truck has.

I purchase the RVK3775 for my 2024 Chevy 3500HD (Not dually) a couple years back. It arrived in 3 pieces. Followed the easy set up instructions and installed it myself. I could not be more happier with this hitch and best of all, it’s made in the U. S. A.
