Question:
I have a 2013 Chevy captiva sport ltz. Our motor home has a falcon rodemaster tow system on it - can you please help me figure out the bracket? And lighting kit we need to flat dingy tow it behind our motor home? Thank you.

We offer base plates for your 2013 Chevrolet Captiva Sport LTZ from both Roadmaster and Blue Ox, but since you have a Roadmaster tow bar you'll be better off with Roadmaster base plate # 3151-1A as long as your Captiva Sport does not have the brush guard. If you do have the brush guard you can instead use Blue Ox base plate # BX3332. Both will require some trimming of the spoiler, air dam, grill or plastic fascia. If you use the Blue Ox base plates you'll also need an adapter to mate them to your Roadmaster tow bar, part # RM-031.
You will also need safety cables like # RM-643 from Roadmaster if you do not already have them.
Lighting options include the easy-to-use removable magnetic types such as the Optronics Tow Bar Wiring # TLL21RK, the custom-fit TrailerMate Tow Bar Wiring # TM780071 or separate bulb-and-socket types like # RM-155 from Roadmaster.
Last, you will need a supplemental braking system for the dinghy. Roadmaster offers their Even Brake System, part # RM-9400, but other types are available and can be viewed on the link provided.
I have also linked you to an article on flat towing that covers each of the required components in detail.
I suggest you also check your Captiva Sport owner's manual for any guidance as to flat towing.
