Hey John. The Curt item # C31069 is the only front hitch available for your 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500. It has a 9,000 lbs line pull capacity, which matches your Silverado's ability. You will not be able to go all the way up to your Apex winch's 12,000 lbs capacity with this front hitch or your Silverado.
The Curt Hitch item # C31069 is custom fit for the 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500. It has a 2" receiver and includes all hardware necessary to complete the installation. It has a 5,000 lbs towing capacity and a 500 lbs maximum tongue weight.
