Hi Dawson; I'm sorry to say none of the HappiJac tie-downs are designed to fit your 2000 Tundra. With the access cab you will have the 6-1/2' bed, so I recommend using the TorkLift Tie Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front and Rear # TL28DR. These are designed to fit models with no running boards or cab length running boards, and the factory hitch/no hitch. You will also need turnbuckles like the Locking FastGun # TLS9529-2-LK.
