What single wheel cover will work best on my travel trailer with two axels. ST225/75R15 wheels?

The overall height of your ST225/75R15 tires is 26.5 inches roughly. A spare tire cover that would be better suited for your tandem setup would be the Classic Accessories Dual-Axle RV Wheel Cover # CA80107 as this cover is designed for 27 inch wheels.
The CA80108 is designed for 30 inch tall tires so it would be a little big for you.
