Is there an Adapter to Connect a Fixed Brake Line to a Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator?

Question:
I have a boat trailer that I replaced the brake actuator with the 7500 lb drum brake dexter actuator. The brake line to the drums are pre-existing. I cant connect the line to the actuator because neither the line or actuator have a swivel connector/union. The line binds before I can get it tightened to the actuator. Does someone make an adapter or union that swivels that would allow me to connect the line to the actuator?

No, I am sorry Rob we do not an adapter for an actuator like the Dexter DX7.5L A-60 item # T63FR that spins/swivels. There may be one out there but the only option I have is to remove your brake line, install it on the actuator, and then reconnect your brake line to get it connected. Or you can remove your actuator so it can thread onto the brake line.

Hey Rob, were you able to get your brake line connected to the Dexter actuator after trying one of the approaches I mentioned? Knowing what worked could help others running into the same issue on their trailers.
