Will these fit the short bed

We have Tork Lift tie downs # TLC2220 as the option for the front tie downs on the 2014 Chevy Silverado 2500 short bed. They will fit the following:

6-1/2 Foot Bed Crew Cab without board or step underneath truck bed and without a hitch
6-1/2 Foot Bed Crew Cab without board or step underneath truck bed and with a Torklift SuperHitch
6-1/2 Foot Bed Crew Cab without board or step underneath truck bed and with a factory installed hitch
6-1/2 Foot Bed Crew Cab without board or step underneath truck bed and with a non-Torklift aftermarket hitch

For the correct rear tie downs I would need to know the cab style, if the truck has running boards that extend past the cab, and if the truck has a hitch and if so what brand (or factory if it is factory). There are currently no options for models that are no a crew cab. I have included a link to the Tork Lift tie down main page for your truck.
