Hi Leslie; do you already have the B&W Turnoverball installed in your pickup truck? Assuming you do, you can use the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W or B&W Companion Slider # BWRVK3400-5W. Both will fit the B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch in a standard pickup bed.
