I am pulling a 7000 lb trailer with equalizer hitch. I need a trailer hitch for a 1993 Ford F Superduty what do you recommend?

The hitch I recommend for your 1993 Ford F-450 Cab And Chassis is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 40050. This hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight capacity of 6,000 lbs unless a weight distribution system is used. Since you said you have a system available, the weight capacity jumps to 10,000 lbs with this hitch.
This is a Class lll hitch and has a 2 inch receiver opening.
