I have a 2016 Host Mammoth Truck camper with 3 slides. I need a new switch for the rear slide. The current one is a white 5 wire with flat pins. Color is not important

Hi Mike; you can use the JR Products Single Slide-Out Switch # 37212285 for a replacement. I went ahead and attached the wiring diagram below for your reference.

We've checked with the manufacturer of the Power Gear slide out motors like you have and have determined that the correct replacement motor is the part #LC386327.

Using your rail number as a reference I was able to determine that the Power Gear setup you have is the 523900 so for a replacement motor you'd need the part #LC368417.

More than likely the issue is coming from using a 4-wire switch #LC117461 on a 5-wire set-up. We do have a 5-wire switch available, which will allow you to wire it up how it needs to be wired. - Lippert Slide-Out Switch Assembly #LC117460
