Hey Jeff, great question. For the # 295-000182 Global Link Replacement Slide Out Roller, there is no officially published weight capacity or load rating from the manufacturer. These replacement rollers are meant to match the original equipment slide-out roller specs and help guide/assist the slide mechanism; they are not individually rated to carry a specific pounds-of-load figure.

Slide-out rollers like this are designed so that the slide-out assembly as a whole is supported by multiple rollers and the frame, and each roller shares the load. As long as you use the correct size and number of rollers to replace your worn parts, the slide-out will operate smoothly without issue.

Thanks for the reply. I would not be using these for a slide out but as part of my adjustable bed frame so I can slide it forward as needed so was hoping 4 of these could support 2 adults and the bed, or around 100 lbs per wheel to be safe. I suppose I could add additional wheels but would rather keep it to 4 if possible.

@Jeff Ok I gotcha. I wish I could give you a more concrete number but its hard to say. An RV slide out can be anywhere from a few hundred lbs up to like 1,200 or 1,500 lbs and it varies a lot by model. That said, I have heard of people using these wheels for applications other than slide outs. They are designed to hold some weight. In my opinion they should be fine to use for your adjustable bed frame project. Try four and keep an eye on them if you notice anything out of the ordinary or if anything bends you could add a few more to help distribute the weight.
