Can this be mounted on a sloped roof? The vent opening is on the front of the trailer and slopes forward. There is over an inch difference from back to front.

Yes, it can Brian. The MaxxFan Mini Plus Manual RV Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan item # MA00-03851 can indeed be mounted on a sloped roof. The fans going to operate the same without any issues. It fits a 14'x14" roof cutout and 1"- 4-1/2" thick roofs.
The Alpha Systems Butyl Tape item # AL64UV and the1010 Non-Sag Sealant item # AL28KV you bought last month are exactly what you need to help you get the MaxxFan item # MA00-03851 installed.

Hey Brian, how did the MaxxFan Mini Plus work out on your sloped trailer roof? I’m curious if the butyl tape and sealant gave you a good, watertight fit. Your experience could help others dealing with a similar roof angle.
