Usually when someone is asking for a specific wheel it is because they are trying to match it to the others, I am very sorry to inform you that the wheel you are looking for is no longer available per the manufacturer. You might be able to find someone with old stock on their shelves, but they have been discontinued for a while now.

If you cannot locate one, I suggest switching to the Aluminum Margay Trailer Wheel - 15" x 5" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Gunmetal Gray # LH69VR.

What kind of trailer is this going on?

@TimD Ya, for that I am sorry. I do not like when the wheels are discontinued so people have to buy all new for them to match. Once again, my apologies that they quit making the wheel you are looking for.
