Im looking for a Curt 35,000 lb gooseneck hitch for a 2024 ram 3500 chassis cab. what model do I need?

Hey Anthony, the only option for a gooseneck hitch on a cab and chassis like your 2024 Ford F-350 would be custom fabrication type install. The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1500 is designed for this type of application so that's what I recommend but it only has a capacity of 30k. None of the gooseneck hitch manufactures offer custom solutions for cab and chassis models.
I looked up the towing capacity of your truck and it looks like it's right at 25.8k which the B and W would work with.
