Replacement Reel/Spring Assembly For Pace Edwards JackRabbit

Question:
I have a Pace Edwards Jackrabbit tonneau cover installed on a 2020 Silverado 2500HD Crewcab. It stopped fully retracting the cover into the canister. I can push the cover enough to clear the fill pipe on the transfer flow aux fuel tank, but this is not easily done if I have items in the truck bed. The model number on the reel canister is TR2134, serial JE2001-2005. Do you have a replacement reel/spring assembly for this top, and does it come with installation instructions? I have purchased several items from E trailer in the past and have been very satisfied with the experience. Thank you. Mike

Hey Michael! You are going to want to call Pace Edwards for this one. Anything related to the canister and its parts they make us refer customers to them. I'm pretty sure they want to run through all possible troubleshooting steps directly to make sure they can rule out any other issues and make sure you're getting the right parts to fix the problem.
I know we have the one that fits the TR2171 and TR2172 on the site, someone was probably able to get that part number from a customer and have it added. If I ask them for the part for your TR2134 they will just tell me to have you contact them without giving me the replacement part number. If you call them at 800-338-3697 and can get the actual part number I can have it added to our site if they aren't selling it directly.
