Will this work for a hub on the Karavn trailer KCB 1800? 13 inch wheel? Thank you

Hey Jeff, yes the Tie Down U Bolt Spare Carrier part # TD38FR that you referenced will work great with a 13 inch spare like what your Karavan KCB 1800 has. This basically works with all trailer wheel sizes between 8 and 15 inch.
