Looking to buy 2 plastic trailer fenders to fit a 14 trailertire with texture on top and both ends Using on a boat trailer.

Hey Lawrence. For a pair of fenders that fit 14" wheels, I recommend the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders w/ Top and Side Steps item # CE19504-2. These plastic fenders have textured tops and sides to give you a secure place to step. They measure 43-1/8" long x 11" wide x 12-1/2" tall.
