Question:
Does the flat-hook kit have enough working load limit to strap down my small tractor? It’s around 4,000 lbs with the loader attached.

Henry, you’re good to go with the flat-hook straps # e72SV - each strap is rated for a 3,333-lb working load limit, so when you tie the tractor down at four corners you get over 13,000 lbs of combined safe capacity. That’s exactly why this style is often used on equipment trailers with stake pockets. Just be sure your anchor points are solid and the hooks fully seat in the pockets or rail.
Do you normally secure the tractor by the frame or by the axles, Henry? I've seen it done a few different ways.

I normally go around the front axle and then the drawbar in the rear. Haven’t had issues.
