Question:
Does the bumper have provisions for mounting the 7 way pin and bracket? Or is this something that needs to be drilled/self tappers into the brand new bumper? Looking at a replacement for my stock 1996 F250 and the stock one has the 7 pin bracket mounted to the bumper mounting bracket, which your kit would not allow.

Hey Blair. The Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper with Custom Installation Kits like item # 21000-92230, item # 21007-92230, and item # 20000-92230 do not have a mount for a 7-way connector. These bumpers all fit the 1996 Ford F-250.
What you'll need to do is use the No-Drill Mount Bracket, Long item # 18136 and the TowSmart Mounting Bracket for 7-Way Connector Plug item # TS64RR. These mounts will attach to the crossbar of your F-250's hitch and provide a mounting location for your factory 7-way connector. The item # 18136 will attach to your hitch with a steel band clamp so you won't have to worry about drilling.
