Hey Donald. The best rear sway bar for your 2001 Dodge Roadtrek 3500 is going to be the Roadmaster item # RM-1129-111. This 1-3/8" diameter sway bar is going to tighten up your rear end. It'll reduce body roll, improve stability, and help with that wobbling top heavy feeling you're experiencing.

Will it work with my generator sitting behind the rear axle

@DonaldM Yes, it will. The brackets for the Roadmaster item # RM-1129-111 mount towards the front of your van. The sway bar mounts directly below the rear axle.
