Hello, have one identical remote open and close pace but I noticed over the years he opened and close it but like getting stuck sometimes to open or close, there’s no way to grease it each struggles a little bit to open and close what can be the problem Thanks

Hey Sal; if it is binding up you could have debris in the rails. I would try to clean/blow them out and then you can add some lubricant like # RM-747 so it slides properly. The other thing you can check is the wiring. If the wiring is damaged or has a loose connection you could intermittently lose power on the cover.
