Hey James. The Stromberg Carlson 4000 Series 5th Wheel Louvered Tailgate with Lock for Ford Trucks item # VG-97-4000 does not have an integrated mount to attach a backup camera to it. This 5th wheel tailgate is confirmed to fit your 2014 Ford F-350 and does have the ability to lock.
If you're worried about losing the backup camera in your factory tailgate, you can use the Brandmotion Tailgate Delete Backup Camera with Wiring Harness item # BM25FR. This camera mounts on your license plate bracket and plugs directly into the factory port the tailgate camera attaches to. It'll give you a 150º horizontal and 100º vertical view.
