The CVT Timber Creek Annex for Car Camping # RG35ZV will have no issues fitting your 2004 Honda Element. This is pretty versatile in what it fits and know it can be used on a late 90s to early 2000s 4Runner (67.5" to 69.3" tall) and an early 2020s 4Runner (71.5" tall). Your Element is 70.4" tall, so no problems there. I think you will be very happy with it! ^___^
