Will the first one air spring kit keep my factory oem overload spring and work with a b and w gooseneck? Seen it mounts on the axle next to the spring

Hello Nate, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2709 will absolutely fit your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500 with the factory overload springs. It will work with the B&W gooseneck hitch as well. The Firestone brackets were specifically designed to be compatible with in-bed hitch brackets, so that won't be a problem.
I also recommend adding an onboard compressor. If you plan to tow frequently, or you will be hauling various different loads it will be a worthwhile add-on. For that I recommend the following:
