Updated 12/08/2025 | Published 11/13/2025

Question:

I’m trying to see if you can help me find a charge converter with 15 fuse slots, an output of 55 amps at 13.6 VDC, and lithium charging capacity. I need this for my 2005 Grand Junction 5th wheel.

Hello Jose, thanks for reaching out. We do not have anything 55 amp but we do have a 60 amp converter that fits your specifications. Take a look at the following:

- Progressive Dynamics 4500 Series RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel - 60 Amp # PD4560K18LS8

This has a total of 18 distribution fuses - four 30 amp and fourteen 20 amp. It has the ability to charge lithium, flooded lead acid, AGM, and gel batteries. The unit itself requires a 13-1/4" tall x 10-1/8" long cutout so as long as you have room to mount it, this should work well for you.

Hey Jose, how did the 60-amp Progressive Dynamics converter work out for your Grand Junction 5th wheel? It sounds like it matched your power and lithium charging needs pretty closely. Your update could make it easier for others looking for a similar setup.
