Question:
I have a customer that already has another type of stabilizer installed, in which, I don’t think the shock is heavy duty enough. I like this one but i need to know the overall length expanded and collapsed

Hey, Alex.
I reached out to to Roadmaster to get some information for you. They let me know that the compressed length for part # RM-RSSC is 6.5", rebound of 6.5", with a total of a 13" stroke. Do you happen to know what's on your customers camper currently? You can also reply to the email with some pictures that way I can see what they have and try to track down if this one is more HD then what's on there currently.

Hey Alex, did you get a chance to compare the Reflex steering stabilizer’s measurements with what’s on your customer’s camper now? Knowing how it matched up could help others trying to find a more heavy-duty option.
