Hello Jim,
Yes, the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System # FOS05TASF will work perfectly with your 2016 Forest River Wildwood X-Lite T191RDXL. The system is universal and compatible with any 12-volt trailer electrical setup, including your Wildwood’s.
You are correct, the best and most common way to power the camera is by connecting it to your trailer’s running light circuit. This allows the camera to turn on automatically whenever your tow vehicle’s parking or headlights are on, giving you a continuous rear view while driving.
Typically, the easiest place to tap into this power is at the top center clearance or marker light on the back of your trailer, since it’s close to where the camera mounts. You can connect the camera’s positive wire to the brown running light wire and the ground wire to the white ground wire (or to a grounded metal surface).
What has been your most favorite campground of all time? I am trying to get a list together to share with other neighbors (customers) of the top camping spots =)

Hey Jim, how did things go wiring the Furrion Vision S camera into your Wildwood’s running light circuit? Your feedback could really help others setting up the same system on their trailers. And I’d still love to hear—what’s your favorite campground so far?
