Thanks for your question, Ryan.
So I did some research on this for you. It looks like Yakima no longer makes the RailBars, so I wasn’t able to find specific information on them. However, I did find that the # Y00432-2 bars are 37-3/4" long.
Thule offers a similar bar system, part # TH22VA, which measures 37-1/2" long, so I’m pretty confident the RailBars will also work on your VW. You can double-check your crossbar spread to make sure it’s 27", as that’s the minimum needed for the RailBars to fit.

Hey Ryan, did you get a chance to check the crossbar spread on your Atlas to see if the RailBars fit? Your update could make it easier for others trying to match older Yakima bars to newer vehicles.
