Hi George; if it is a standard toolbox that sits up on the bed rails like the # UWS07644 you will not be able to use the Pace Edwards UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-KRCA27A58. You either need a tonneau cover that is toolbox compatible like the # A63FR or a different toolbox that can sit underneath the tonneau cover in front of the canister.
